About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will represent several of the Nordics' most well-known brands – via phone. Your task is to understand the customer's needs and present tailored solutions with a focus on added value and long-term relationships.

What we offer you

Fixed salary of 17,000 and commission from the first sale – It is important for us that you feel financially secure - while the opportunities for high salaries remain! Average salary is 35,000.

Everyone who starts at Bigacom, whether in Sweden or Spain, undergoes the same training.

Career opportunities – Many of today's managers started as salespeople. Not to mention the possibility of moving to our office in Spain with good results, where we have even more colleagues.

Fresh office in Stadshagen. We have been here for the last five years.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong drive and ownership. We provide you with the tools, but you have to build it yourself.

Has strong communication & social skills and expresses themselves fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Is competitive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Has the desire to develop in sales and customer relations.

Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience in sales is an advantage but not a requirement. We believe in potential and provide you with all the training you need – the most important thing for us is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to connect with people.
